I love leading UX teams to solve complex problems with clarity and purpose. For over 8 years, I’ve designed and researched industrial interfaces for Nabors, Salesforce, Exxon, and P66, turning intricate workflows into intuitive, user-centered solutions. As a Senior UX Researcher and Design Lead, I bridge the gap between technology and the people who rely on it every day.
What I Do
UX/UI Design
End-to-end design for enterprise platforms, industrial HMIs, and mobile apps.
Wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, design systems, and accessibility-focused execution.
UX Research & Strategy
Qualitative & quantitative research, user interviews, usability testing (UMUX-Lite, SUS), journey mapping, SWOT analysis, effort/impact matrices, and synthesis frameworks that drive data-informed decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partnering with product, engineering, and leadership to align driller needs with business goals, while mentoring designers and navigating technical and system constraints.
